Friendly and accommodating staff.

I was frustrated by the parking situation. The $15 parking fee was an unexpected added cost on top of our room charge. Additionally, the check-in process was very confusing, and I felt ignored when I needed help. the clerk seemed impatient with me. It really detracted from our stay.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to concert venues, which made our trip convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially at breakfast, and the variety of food options was impressive. The indoor pool was a great bonus for the kids. One area for improvement would be having more comfortable seating in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay with a super comfy king room and the best hot breakfast to kickstart my day. The indoor pool was perfect for some evening relaxation. The fitness center was a nice bonus to work off those pancakes. Just wish the parking had been a bit easier, but overall, a fantastic experience! 😊
